Prior to founding Advoco Konsultandid OÜ, Riina Sirendi worked as an accountant  for BDO Eesti AS (2009-2010) and Nordic Contractors AS (1996-2009). Riina Sirendi is a member of the Estonian Chamber of Accountants.
